Instructional Interventionist 

 

Under general supervision, provides instruction to students in the areas of math and/or reading based on school need.  The instruction is used in a three tier MTSS model to support students who are not performing on grade level.  Candidates should have a strong understanding of MTSS, research based interventions, and data analysis.

Job Qualification

 

NC Professional Educator’s License

 

Experience:
Three (3) – Five (5) years working as a classroom teacher. Demonstrated experience, commitment, and
competence in working with students performing below grade level.
